Originally from Morocco, Besaha founder Soufiane Et Tijani grew up in a family and culture where food is a source of celebration and bringing families together. Combining his background in hospitality and a passion for cooking from a young age, he’s created a high quality range of Moroccan and Mediterranean foods to share. Moroccan cuisine is a blend of Berber, Arabic, Andalusian and French reflecting the different cultures, history and people.
Besaha’s focus is always on taste, quality and authenticity. We source the best ingredients from freeze dried lemon, darkest high grade cocoa to organic himalayan salt. Quality ingredients and spending a bit of extra time preparing products in the kitchen makes the final product balanced and full of flavour.
We grind and roast all our spices which are used in many of our products adding to the flavour and nutritional benefits of our products.
